Mobile Chiropractic Care

What to expect on our first visit:

The initial visit usually lasts 30-45 minutes.  It begins with a thorough history taking which allows the doctor to get familiar with your injury/complaint as well as any other pertinent health information.

Next, there is a physical exam to determine what exactly the concern is and what can be done for it.  At this point the chiropractor will discuss their findings and your treatment options as well as provide you with an estimated timeline and expected outcome.

After the exam portion of the visit, an initial treatment may or may not be given.  Often times, a patient may require further investigation such as x-rays prior to receiving a full chiropractic treatment.

How you can help us prepare:

If possible, please ensure that there is adequate space for our portable treatment table to be set up before we arrive. The table is approximately 6 feet long and 2 feet wide. Some additional space around it will help as well.

Forms you will need:

1) New Patient Intake Form - You may download, print and fill out this form or a digital version can be sent to you when you book your initial appointment.

2) Chiropractic Consent Form - Please read through this ahead of time. A physical copy will be provided at your appointment for you to sign.
